Prints & Accessories
All items in our store, including fine art prints and tote bags, are made to order through our print partner Gelato. Nothing is printed until you place your order, and production happens at the facility closest to your delivery address whenever possible, reducing both delivery time and environmental impact.
Production Time
Production typically takes 2-5 business days before your order ships. Larger or more complex orders may take slightly longer.
Shipping Time
Once produced, standard shipping typically takes:
- Domestic (within the same country as production): 2-4 business days
- International: 4-6 business days
Express shipping is available at checkout for faster delivery, where offered.
These are estimates based on our print partner's typical delivery windows, not guarantees. Actual times can vary by product, destination, and carrier network status.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Damaged or Lost Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If anything arrives damaged or does not match what you ordered, contact us at studio@mihaicotigaart.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item, and we will arrange a reprint or refund.
Original Paintings
Each original painting is a one-of-a-kind piece and is shipped with extra care.
Preparation Time
Once your original is sold, please allow 3 business days for proper packaging before it ships. Larger works may require custom crating, which can add a few extra days.
Packaging
Every original is carefully wrapped and packaged to withstand transit, using acid-free paper, cardboard corners, cardboard boxes, custom wooden crate for larger pieces, etc.
Shipping Time and Carrier

- Within EU: 3-5 business days
- Rest of Europe: 5-10 business days
- International: 5-14 business days
Insurance
All original paintings are shipped fully insured for their full value. If your painting arrives damaged, contact us immediately at studio@mihaicotigaart.com with photos of the damage and packaging, and we will resolve it through the insurance claim, either with a replacement (if applicable) or a full refund.
International Shipments and Customs
For shipments outside the EU, please note that customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the painting's price.
