2. Products

All artworks and products are original creations or limited-edition reproductions by Mihai Mircea Cotiga.
Each product description includes details such as size, materials, and availability.
Colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings.

3. Prices & Payments

All prices are displayed in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe or other listed payment methods.
Full payment is required before an order is produced or shipped.

4. Shipping

Shipping is available worldwide.
Orders are typically fulfilled within 3–7 business days.
Prints, apparel, and accessories are produced and shipped via Printful, while original artworks are shipped directly by the artist.
Delivery times vary by destination. Tracking details are provided when available.

5. Returns & Refunds

Because most items are made to order, returns are accepted only in cases of:

• Defective or damaged products;

• Items received in error.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact studio@mihaicotigaart.com within 7 days of delivery, including photos of the issue.
Refunds or replacements will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
